It was LovE at first sight when I encountered this fabric! Actually I've also used the blue version of these owls to make a shirt/pants outfit. But I did not bother to take any in-process photos of this project because this little dress stressed me out a bit.
Remember -- a professional seamstress, I am not. And this pattern does not have the "easy" title on it. But I struggled through it. However, now that I've done it once, I don't think it would be so bad to do again. The pattern did not call for the ric-rac trim, but I think that spices up any outfit, don't you agree? I did hand-sew on the ric-rac to prevent curling after washing.
I LOVE IT!!!
